CBP legality and airport

Hello are everyone! I currently live in Okinawa and plan to take a trip to Hokkaido. I legally purchased CBP from a cbd vendor. I have packaging and recipes etc. if I travel to Hokkaido by air, will I have any issues ? I am very confused by the new laws and what could happen to me legally if caught in an airport. Please don’t say “just don’t do it” id like to understand the rules better.

Iv never had issues traveling with cbd vapes ever, but I would rather not get sent to prison for 7 years because of something I legally purchase and travelled with.
