battlefield1(ultra setting 1080p) town map like amiens 35 fps and lower with new r3(1060)?

What fps can you guys get when in this map? Sometime my r3 (i7 6700, 1060, 8gb ram) drop below 35 fps in ultra setting with 1920x1080...? Is just me or the game has some problem?
