9 of Spades: The Higher You Rise

Game Name: The Higher you Rise.

Game Location: The tallest skyscraper which currently exists in the borderlands.

Game Rules:

Note: It is strongly recommended you follow the rules of this game to the letter. No cheating!

Use the provided ropes in the elevator shaft to reach the roof of the building. One hour will be provided. The elevator shafts will be opened, and stops on every floor are permitted. Water is provided at the ground floor of the building, and nowhere else. Anyone who does not reach the roof within the allotted time frame will be eliminated.

Unstated rules: The stairwells have been closed. If you open them, a flintlock will ignite the hydrogen gas inside, causing an explosion and killing the cheater. If this causes the building to collapse, all players will be eliminated.
