Gray square on the left [Bug?]

Hey guys, i’m playing Alan Wake 2 on Ultra-wide monitor (Samsung odyssey G9) And there is that grayed square on the bottom left of the screen which it is not a dead pixels or something! It keep appearing even when changed the aspects of the game The square reacts to mouse clicks and becomes white.
