I use they/them pronouns and just got a job.
So I (16, afab genderfluid) got my first job at a Chuck e cheese and my manager is very nice. She allows for flexible hours and even lets us put more in whenever we want. She complimented my hair and earrings when I had my interview and was very polite in telling me the company has a policy against wild hair colors/styles. I of course agreed to dye my hair from pink to red or black as I'm excited to work there (it's been a dream of mine since I was 12). Everyone seems accepting and I'd like to bring up using they/them pronouns. My application has my dead name but when I was interviewed she asked my preferred name and left pronouns out. She uses she/her pronouns for me which I don't mind but I would prefer they/them. How can I bring this up? My training starts Friday and I'd like to get this out of the way quickly in case anyone begins to feel guilt and I'd also like to wear a pronoun pin.
