My 19F boyfriend 21M has treated me terribly since I miscarried

I’m 19F and have been dating my boyfriend (21M) for a year. When we first got together, we were both involved with the wrong crowd, but I distanced myself as soon as our relationship became serious. My boyfriend, however, has always had friends who get into trouble, and I constantly worried about him being around them. Our relationship has been complicated due to everything we’ve been through, but we always had each other’s backs and showed love and support.

In October, I found out I was pregnant, but sadly, I lost the baby in my second trimester. While I was pregnant, my boyfriend was supportive, but he wasn’t really present—he didn’t even go to any doctor’s appointments. Ever since the miscarriage, he seems almost relieved and refuses to let me talk about it, saying that I ‘dwell on it.’ I’ve been really upset, so I kept bringing it up to him, but he told me he was annoyed and that he doesn’t feel the same way about me anymore. Tonight, he ended up blocking me.

I feel so stupid and heartbroken. I don’t understand how someone can go from almost starting a family with me to suddenly acting like they don’t care and cutting me off completely. Can someone please tell me it’s going to be okay?”
