How do I get people interested in my animation?

Basically, I'm working on an animated series, and it'll be posted on youtube, discord, etc. The issue is I have no idea how to get people to actually watch it. It would be very underwhelming for all that work to result in 2 or 3 views. I believe that if I can grow an audience that is excited to see this come out, the support will definitely motivate me to improve the quality, and motivate me to get anything out at all. That being said, if anyone has advice on how to advertise a series, I'd love to hear it and try it out!
