Anyone else having terrible luck?

Sorry for the bad pic but what the hell is this 😭 I’m more annoyed that I have so many Snorgles, I can’t stand that red thing staring straight into my soul. Only needed 5 Hopbops as well, no idea what to do with 20 of them.
