How strong is Acheron E2S1 actually compared to the newer characters?

Hiya so I'm a guy who pulled for e2s1 Acheron on release (got lucky and somehow got e3s1). I loved Raiden from genshin and I just loved Acheron's design so i saved A LONG TIME for her since i had an inkling they were going to make the e2 op (its what they did with Raiden in genshin too).

But anyways enough with the backstory so my question is I guess pertaining to Acherons power level at e2s1 compared to the newer releases. Specifically:

The Herta e0s1 (non jade team)

Firefly e0s1 with her BiS team (Fugue, Ruan Mei etc)

I know the comparisons are quite unfair due to the multiple copies of Acheron vs singular copies of those characters but I primarily want to know for the purposes of both judging the state of the powercreep for the purposes of knowing when i might need to start pulling for meta again and also as an idea to know if i just suck with my other teams or if they really are that much weaker then Acheron at e2s1.
