How many of you experienced hair loss? Scared lol

Hi everyone. So I just started accutane (40mg) a little over a week ago. Just wanted to hear from the rest of you who are on/been on it - did you experience any hair loss? I haven’t noticed anything yet, but I’ve read some threads of people who say they lost half of their head of hair and it really freaked me out. My sister was also on ACCUTANE and didn’t lose anything so idk if that plays a role but just trying to see how common of a side effect this is. I have a full thick head of hair and would prefer not to lose any of it. Thanks guys
