Delayed withdrawal Savings Account?

Saving money and I have never got along very well. It’s an absolutely uncontrollable impulse trigger for me. Within a month of putting money away, I’ve impulsively spent it on something entirely random that I don’t need.

I thought a good solution could be a delayed withdrawal savings account, where I can put money in instantly but if I want to withdraw, I have to give 30 - 60 days notice.

I did look at Moneybox who had something like that, but after signing up I discovered that the only way to deposit money that they transfer your desired amount of money out every Wednesday.

This might sound ridiculous, but that’s too dangerous for me. I get paid every Friday, and that’s 5 days where I have to resist “treating myself”, so I want to be able to deposit any time.

Does anyone know of any accounts like this, or maybe have any alternate ideas?
