What's the hardest thing about managing your day as someone with ADHD? Scheduling? Staying motivated? Getting started?

Managing my day with ADHD feels like a constant juggling act. Some days, I can’t seem to get started at all; other days, I have all the motivation but struggle to stick to my schedule. I’m curious - what’s the hardest part of managing your day for you? Is it figuring out what to do first, staying motivated, or something else entirely?
