Superscore?

So I took the ACT in December, got a 33 composite, and again in April after studying. However, I messed up, forgot my calculator in another city, borrowed another calc that I didn’t know how to use. I ended up getting another 33 composite messing up my best sections.(I was getting really good scores on math and eng practices)

Now I’m wondering if a superscore has the same validity as a regular composite score since my superscore comes out to a 35 even though both tests were a 33
