What is the Angela/Michael chronology

Hi I’m trying to watch all the 90 day seasons that include Angela and Michael (yes I enjoy trashiness) but I guess their story spans across multiple formats of the show? I started with Before the 90 days season 2 and know that their latest appearance was on the last season of happily ever after.
