Diy surgery?

My face has really full and efemminine cupid's bow lips, am aware that any major DIY surgery is unatainable, but could I not just snap off small pieces of my lips to reshape them into being less womanly? I don't care if they scar. Am unable to get any cosmetic surgery done by a professional due to familial reasons.
