Do I need chin implant?

Hi everyone .im 31yo female. I had always concerns regarding my jawline and chin. I had lost weight abkut 10 kgs (due to stress) yet i still had some fat below my chin. Its then i realized ny cgin is too small and gives appearabce of double chin. Right now i gained all back. Im planned to get chin implant in 5 days with lipo. The picture above is me with 4mm medium implant. These are preduction images.

I was told fillers csn be a option but ill requirre 6 2 on each jaeline and 2 on chin to get results and results are temporary. I consulted oral max surgeon eho also does fillers suggested me implant. The cost is 7800 with lipo.

Im planning to reduce my weight back to 50kgs (currentyl 59)

Is weight change going to affect the appearqncr of implant

Also ny doc says it wint bring much change to ftont profile. ...im concerned not to develop masculine jawline.

I was told liposuction will still be required even if i lose weight as there is always some fat behind platysma. I do t quite understand this.
