Ex-Cerave peeps, what moisturizer are you using now?

I've used cerave in the tub for a decade now, and want to preface this by saying I've never had a reaction to it. However, it used to make my skin so plump and soft, and now it ain't doing much. For those of you that have used it and have moved on to bigger and better, what are you using now?

AM routine: water PM routine: cerave foaming cleanser, tret, cerave in the tub.
