USCP vs Supreme Court Police

Wondering which one of these would be better to apply to. They seem pretty similar, but Supreme Court police is offering 10k in sign-on bonuses. Does anyone know the difference between the 2 in overtime, differentials, premium pay, bonuses, etc?
