What exact difference does a racquet make to one's game?

I have been using a beginner's racquet (Artengo TR190). My game is as good as those using expensive Wilson or Babolat racquets. I have tried to use their racquets for only 3-4 games. I felt those racquets a little heavier and I didn't feel they would better my game.
