Looking for rotator cuff exercises…
I’ve recently started playing again after a long hiatus, and the general aging I’ve endured since I last played is PAINFULLY obvious.
I was a pretty big server in my youth, and I can definitely swing much faster than my old shoulder can handle. For now, I’ll be happy just slowing it down a bit.
For those of you who have had rotator cuff problems, are there any exercise or stretches you can share to help me get my strength and flexibility back?
